Small Events - range in size depending on the event type. Our small events are planned for up to 200 participants. Small medical office retreats, Executive conference and annual meetings, training sessions, small team building retreats, department meet ups. No matter the reason our team takes care of the organization and planning aspect. Using our trusted vendors, we confirm room booking, flight confirmations, presentation facilities, break-out refreshments, registration, speaker management, audio visual equipment, transportation and any specialty details specific to the client's needs.
Midsize Events - Our midsize events are planned for up to 800 participants. These events are typically annual medical retreats, sales kickoffs, companywide meetings, conferences or client VIP experience events. Our team organizes these events with our trusted technology partner(s). Every event includes a branded event app, specific to the participants needs. The app houses all details, from times, dates, locations of all breakout sessions, lunch locations, charging stations to parking instructions and speakers.
Our internal staff begins communication with all participants prior to the conference meeting date(s). This also allows us to assure all hotel accommodation bookings, plus transport is a seamless transition. The app allows us to quickly update all attendees instantly of any changes or adjustments, when necessary.
Mass Events - Communication and innovation that starts with everything being streamlined online. Mass events take place over multiple days. Team Classie Corporate staff plans the best on and off-site activities that entertain attendees while gaining all the knowledge from their events training, gala or company awards ceremony. Due to Team Classie being a full-service agency we have instant and adequate staffing to service our clients.
